Booking Your Trip or Course

Fees vary depending on trip type and location.  It is best if you E-mail me to discuss the type of trip / course you are interested in, and I can provide a quote.

My standard day fee is $500 plus $50 for each additional client. Due to the custom nature of the trips and courses offered, this fee may vary.  Food, transportation, equipment and accommodation are not included, but can be arranged at additional expense.

Payment may be made by cheque or with credit card via PayPal.  E-mail me for details.  A deposit of 25% of the trip fee is due at the time of booking.  E-mail reservations will be held for 10 days while we await your cheque. 
The balance of the trip fee is due 30 days prior to the trip start date.  If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will consider your registration cancelled. 

If you cancel your enrolment for any reason the following applies:
Cancellation after the balance due date will result in a complete forfeiture of all payments and deposit.  If you cancel your enrolment before the balance due date (30 days prior to trip start) you will receive a refund of all payments and deposit less a cancellation fee of $100. 

If cancels a trip for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments and deposit.  With the exception of our trip fees, we are not responsible for other expense you might incur (such as non-refundable airline tickets or other travel or work arrangements) in the event that we cancel a trip.

Trip Cancellation, Interruption and Emergency Evacuation Insurance:
In order to protect yourself from loss of non-refundable fees we strongly recommend purchase of trip cancellation insurance.  This will allow you to recover fees resulting from cancellation due to personal or family illness occurring before or during your program.  Most policies will allow you to recover non-refundable travel expenses in the event that we cancel the trip.  Emergency evacuation insurance, often included with trip cancellation policies, covers the high cost of evacuation from remote mountainous areas.  Emergency evacuation and trip cancellation policies are available through your insurance or travel agents.
